Our in-person 40-min Essentrics® Gentle Stretch and Strength classes are offered at 6:15 pm on Monday & Thursday, and at 7:05 pm on Tuesday & Wednesday. The classes are taught at CDM Dance & Music (5915 Leslie St., north of Finch Ave, south of McNicoll Ave). The price of a single class is CA$ 25 (+ HST). Save 10% by purchasing a 6-class pass.
