This Privacy Policy describes the policies of Happiness of Everything (“we”, “us”) , Toronto, ON M2H 1M8, Canada, on the collection, use and disclosure of your information that we collect when you use our website www.happinessofeverything.com (the “Site”).

The Site is used to share information about our ESSENTRICS® fitness classes, respond to your inquiries and sell class passes (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Service, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use the Service. 

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you about the changes and the effective date of the new policy by email or post a notice on the Site.  Your continued access or use of the Service after such time will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.   • Payment Information (please note that we do not store your payment information on our Site)

As mandated by our insurance provider, we will retain your personal information for 4 years after your most recently attended class.

We will retain your information for 6 months from the time of your inquiry if you did not purchase any services from our Site and did not attend our classes.

We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc.

Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

Only your data that is necessary to process your payments, is shared with the Payment Processor.
