ESSENTRICS® Gentle Stretch & Strength (30 min / 40 min) is a medium-paced, all-standing class for people who are looking to strengthen in addition to increasing flexibility and mobility, releasing tension, unlocking tight joints, strengthening their spine and core, improving posture, and losing weight. You can always start slow, and add challenge as your muscles become stronger.


ESSENTRICS® Release, Rebalance, Restore (35 min) is a slow-paced, all-standing class. Gentle slow full-body movements will lubricate your fascia, re-engage your muscles, reduce stiffness, gently rebalance your body, improve range of motion and mobility. It’s an ideal class for those returning to exercise after a period of inactivity. It is also a perfect morning routine for everyone.

All classes are taught live and are available in two formats: live virtual (via Zoom) and in-person.
